For each patient seen by our service you will receive:
Assessment report
Discharge report
As well as verbal feedback as appropriate
Statistical Analysis
We continually collect statistics in all our contracts in order that we can audit our service effectively and more importantly ensure best practice.
This analysis enables us to provide each Occupational Health Unit with an in depth breakdown of the patients referred into the service. Any apparent trends highlighted can then be targeted for further input and support thus achieving a more effective service.
The statistical analysis is divided into:
Monthly feedback reports
Six monthly analytical reports
